FIELD: drying fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, medicinal plants, etc. SUBSTANCE: helotries includes air heater and drying chamber mounted on base and provided with screened pan for material to be dried. Air heater includes framework covered with transparent front film and reflecting rear and side films, it is movably connected through suspension units and transformable spacer with frame immovably secured at the drying chamber inlet. Vertically located inside framework is absorber immovably connected with frame. Base is made for turn of drying chamber together with air heater in plane of azimuth orientation. Absorber is made in form of continuous nonmetallic heating element enclosed in heat-resistant moisture-proof electrically insulated material at complete insulation of current-supply cord brought outside the drying chamber.
