FIELD: applied meteorology, in particular, hail storm control, creation of precipitations. SUBSTANCE: rocket has head part with obturator and remote control mechanism, destructor with cumulative charge, two-mode engine with nozzle block and stabilizers. All mentioned parts of rocket are arranged in series within housings. Two-mode engine has first-mode and second-mode engines and is separated from explosive charge by bottom. Cumulative charge has length 1.14-1.71 of rocket gauge and is limited at both ends with axially aligned lined cumulative slots. End of cumulative charge faced to destructor is provided with axial opening made in lining and charge. Opening has diameter making 0.083-0.5 and depth making 0.6-0.92 of cumulative charge diameter. Part of opening surface adjoining lining is covered with inert material for depth 0.1-0.24 of charge diameter. Paper tube having thickness 0.006-0.02 of charge diameter may serve inert material. Obturator has inner stepped surface with step height 0.01-0.025 and minimum wall thickness 0.03-0.06 of rocket gauge and step spacing 0.36-0.62 of rocket gauge. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 cl, 5 dwg
