SUBSTANCE: device has a bursting capsule with a charge installed in the cavity of solid-propellant charge. The cavity is formed on the side of the front end face of solid- propellant charge and has an inhibiting in the form of a sleeve of heat-shield material cemented in its bottom part. Radial gas-conduit holes connecting the cavity of the bursting capsule to the cavity of the solid-propellant charge are made in the bursting capsule on the side of the sleeve open end.
