FIELD: hydrometeorological service, in particular, meteorological rockets for active action on clouds. SUBSTANCE: rocket uses a dual-function engine consisting of two cases connected by a coupling, nozzle assembly, fin, nose cone with an active smoke box, and a fairing with smoke outlets, electric primer bushing and a destruct system made in the form of belt explosive charges arranged on the case generating surface symmetrically to the rocket axis, one end of each belt is engaged with a similar belt laid in an annular groove on the body, of the head actuator comprising a detonating cap, retarder and furnished with gas conduits; the other end is engaged with a similar belt laid in an annular groove on the nozzle assembly. The head actuator is installed on an adapter between the active smoke box casing and fairing; the retarder is positioned on a diaphragm facing the active smoke box amplifier for engagement with the detonating cap. The belt explosive charges are laid in the grooves of the head actuator and nozzle assembly in 1 to 3 layers. The axial belt explosive charges are protected from the outside by axial chutes with ring clamps. The belt explosive charge laid in the annular groove of the head actuator is engaged with the detonating cap through the lower layer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 5 dwg
