FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing zygomatic arch at the level of articulation tuber apex and making a cut in vertical direction. The cut length corresponds in size to complementary epiosteal plate area coupled with it so that L-shaped configuration is formed. The device is set so that the complementary area fits completely into the sawed bone cut and seals tightly to the walls due to its sponginess. The epiosteal plate is disposed along the articulation tuber apex making its height increased. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 6 dwg
