FIELD: manufacture of stepped rollers for several runs for shaping of uneven (threaded, gear, etc) surfaces with a high precision in a non-oxidizing version. SUBSTANCE: the mill uses a set of vacuumized devices, chambers, component conduits and a cooling tank for rational realization of several production processes: orientation of piece blanks, blank heating, rolling with acceleration of component rotation due to Geneva stop-motion in the drive of rollers consisting of several deforming sectors and intermediate zones, in which the component gets centered, and a running clearance adjustment system according to information obtained from the previous run, cooling of components in non-oxidizing liquid. EFFECT: enhanced precision and reliability of rolling and possibility of working of components made of structural, heat-proof and difficulty deformed materials. 3 cl, 5 dwg
