FIELD: metal cutting equipment. SUBSTANCE: cutter has holder with receptacle defined by base and supporting side pins and three-surfaced cutting plate placed within receptacle. Pins are positioned in holder for engagement with radial portions adjacent to inoperative apexes of cutting plate. Pin axes are extending in parallel with receptacle base. Pin engageable with radial portion adjacent to inoperative apex adjoining auxiliary cutting edge has two conical surfaces with smaller ends faced one toward another.
