FIELD: agricultural engineering; binding of licorice roots pressed by hydraulic press. SUBSTANCE: device consists of crossing pairs of binding tapes whose ends are connected by buckles. Each buckle is provided with detents in form of cylinders with trunnions and port to let binding tape ends in and out. Semicylindrical opposite cavities are located at both sides of port and higher than port and wedge-type locks are installed at places of mating of cavities and port. Side walls of each buckle are provided with two pairs of coaxial vertical slots for accommodating trunnions of detents. Cylinders of detents embraced by ends of binding tapes are mated with semicylindrical cavities. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 5 cl, 7 dwg
