FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has crossing pairs of binding tapes whose ends are connected by buckles. Each buckle has flexible fastening members connected with side face of buckle. Fastening members are installed for shifting into operating position by means of detent in form of wedges. Buckle is provided with port to let ends of binding tape in and out. Angular opposite grooves are located at both sides of port and higher than port. Wedge-type locks are arranged in places where angular grooves change into ports. Wedges of detents embraced by ends of tapes are with angular grooves. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 8 dwg
