FIELD: methods and plants for production of granulated carbon black. SUBSTANCE: granulated carbon black is dried with fuel combustion products with air in mixture with cooled gases passed through jackets for exterior heating of apparatuses for separation of carbon black from gases in ratio of 1: (1-4). Supplied to these jackets are gases from heating chamber and gases passed the drum internal hollow are supplied into flow of carbon black-gas products for coagulation prior to separation of carbon black from gases. The plant for production of granulated carbon black includes reactor, apparatuses for separation of carbon black from gases, mixer-granulator, drying drum with heating chamber provided with branch pipe for supply of combustion gases from chamber to drum hollow. Heating chamber has burners with injectors and additional furnaces and branch pipe for discharge of combustion gases to jackets for exterior heating of apparatuses for separation of carbon black from gases. Installed between reactor and these apparatuses is coagulator connected with outlet branch pie of drying drum. Plant output of carbon black is 490 kg/h. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg, 2 tbl
