FIELD: gasoline production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing environmentally appropriate automobile gasolines with octane value 95-100 (research method) and benzene content below 0.5 wt % from reforming catalysates with octane value 85-93, while simultaneously producing benzene concentrate - raw material for commercial benzene. Task is accomplished by separating reforming catalysate on tray rectification column into three fractions: top C2-C6-hydrocarbon fraction tapped in such amount as to provide content of isohexanes in this fraction within the range 40-70 wt % on potential content of isohexanes in initial catalysate; low-octane benzene-containing fraction containing 80-95 wt % n-hexane and toluene in amount 1-10 wt % on potential content of toluene in initial catalysate; and high-octane still fraction. Top and still fractions are combined to yield base gasoline component, to which are added (in wt %): isopentane, 2-5; isoselectoformate, 5-15; methyl tert-butyl ether (anti-knock component) or mixture of the latter with trimethyl carbinol (up to 40%)), 3-15; and aromatic C7-C9-hydrocarbons, up to 10. EFFECT: increased anti-knock characteristics of gasoline.
