FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition of small arms and artillery. Ammunition containing a case with a caplet, in the lower part of which the main powder charge is located, and a bullet installed under the fairing, includes a body filled with explosive charge along the perimeter and powder in the central part, a tube-retarder filled with powder. Housing is located above the main gunpowder charge. Housing bottom accommodates opening to install retarder tube. Housing is equipped with a cover in the form of a wad separating the housing from the bullet. Bullet consists of multiple booms fixed parallel to ammunition lengthwise axis.

EFFECT: increased area of target destruction with increased possibility of striking elements to pierce obstacles.
