FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cartridges containing a case, propellant, primer and pyrotechnic signalling device for visualization of flight trajectory. Hunting cartridge includes a polymer case with a bottom metal cap carrying an igniter primer interacting with a propellant powder charge, on which a wad-container equipped with an aerodynamic shank rests on an obturator. Waste container comprises head charge of shot and gas-generating pyrotechnic block, arranged in its axial channel, equipped with shutoff diaphragm with central fire-transfer hole. According to the invention, the charge of the fraction is placed on a cross-bar which covers the output of the axial channel, in the central opening of the diaphragm of which there is a fire-proof cord of communication of propellant powder charge with the gas-generating cartridge, wherein wavy shank end is formed by annular outer groove. Wherein said zigzag profile of abutment of shutoff diaphragm to congruent hole in wad container is sealed with anaerobic compound.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of striking fragmentation action due to separation of charge fraction from wad container at a specified distance from firing position, determined by controlled delay time.
