SUBSTANCE: photometric quantitative determination of maleimides in UV spectrum range includes hydrolysis of the sample to be analyzed with 0.1 M HCl solution under heating at 80-90 C for 50 min and subsequently measuring optical density of prepared solution at characteristic wavelength. Maleimide content in the sample is judged of after optical density value. EFFECT: increased sensitivity and accuracy. 4 tbl
