FIELD: manufacturing and repair of equipment which is based on color mask cathode-ray tubes. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of alternating voltage source, demagnetization coil and symmetrical thyristor. In addition device has zero pass detector, generator of slowly increasing voltage, comparator and connection element for comparator with thyristor and power transformer. In addition device has full-wave rectifier, integrator of rectified voltage and integrator starting unit. Output of detector is connected to input of starting unit. Outputs of rectifier and starting unit are connected to input of integrator, which output is connected to input of comparator. Output of transformer is connected to inputs of detector and rectifier.
