FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped rests with pins connected to each other through intermediate ring by rods, load force measurement units, additional displacement measurement units placed between common ring-shaped rests. Force measurement unit is C-shaped spring with deformation gage fixed between ring-shaped rest and intermediate ring. The intermediate ring is fixed on rods by means of spherical hinges allowing angular displacements of inter-linked units of the apparatus in performing bone fragments angular displacements correction. The fixing rods mounted in parallel to force measurement units provide for apparatus rigidity during the periods between two loading actions following each other. Units for measuring ring-shaped rests (bone fragments) displacement are uniformly arranged to measure not only axial displacements of inter-linked units of the apparatus but also ring misalignments. Force and displacements measurement units have electric commutation with microprocessor-based measurement module connected to personal computer. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 5 dwg
