The transosseous automated distraction apparatus contains supports interconnected by automatic displacement units, each of which includes a housing, a gear motor, electrically connected to the controller, and a lead screw with a nut. The automatic displacement unit is made with a gear transmission located in it, which connects the lead screw and the gear motor, the lead screw nut is made of a cold-flowing antifriction fluorine-containing polymer and is installed with the possibility of end compression, a sector disk is mounted in the housing, fixed on one of the gears of the gear drive, and its rotation sensor, electrically coupled to the controller. The controller is located inside the body of the automatic displacement unit; at the point of attachment of the lead screw, there is a sensor of the longitudinal force of the lead screw, which is electrically connected to the controller.

EFFECT: invention provides dosed movement of the supports of the external fixation device while reducing the mass and dimensions of the device with the provision of feedback in the form of control of the emerging forces at the point of attachment of the lead screw.
