SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for external fixation for children for transosseous osteosynthesis comprises supports, distraction rods for connection of supports, spokes, bolts – spoke fixators, clamps for distraction rods or bolt – spoke fixators and nuts for distraction rods and bolts – spoke fixators. Supports in cross-section are hexagonal. Each clamp consists of two joining elements to cover the support on two opposite sides. Each of the joining elements to be joined has, at one end of the joining side, a groove for locating the support, and at the other end it has a through hole for the distraction rod or bolt – spoke fixator. Axis of said hole is perpendicular to the axis of the groove. One of the holes of the joining elements of the clamp on the non-joining side has a chamfer. When the elements are joined, the axes of said holes are coaxial, and the grooves are opposite one another. Bolt-spoke fixator is made in the form of a rod with bent threads and a hexagon head. Point of transition of the rod to the head is made in the form of a conical rim for locating the hole of the element of the clamp in said chamfer. Groove is cut out for the spoke on the conical rim.

EFFECT: invention allows fixing bone fragments in a given position, creating compression or distraction forces between bone fragments, with a lighter weight and ease of use.
