INSTRUMENT FOR OSTEOSYNTHESIS TUBULAR BONE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B17/64 A61B17/62

Abstract RU 2703651 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Apparatus for osteosynthesis of tubular bone comprises proximal and distal supports connected by threaded rods, made in form of flat rings with holes, with installed on them spokes designed to fix bone, and an intermediate support located between the proximal and distal supports. Intermediate support is made in form of flat ring segment with holes. Threaded bushing is installed in the central hole of the intermediate support. Guide bushings are installed in extreme holes of the intermediate support, the other holes are intended for installation of rod-screws. Longitudinal axes of sleeves are parallel. Guide rods are passed through guide bushings and made in the form of cylindrical rods with smooth central part and threaded thread M6 at the ends. Contact of guide bushings with central part of guide rods is antifriction with friction coefficient of less than 0.18. Ends of guide rods are fixed by nuts on proximal and distal supports. Central part of guide rods is equipped with scale of contrasting color. Threaded distraction rod is passed through the threaded bushing and provided with a central part equipped with threaded thread M6, containing drive and support ends. Driving end of the distraction rod is installed on the proximal support. Reference end of distraction rod is installed in support sleeve fixed on distal support. On driving end of distraction rod there is thrust collar and drive element for torque transfer. On support end of distraction rod there are four uniformly arranged longitudinal channels for contact with spring retainer of support sleeve. Support sleeve comprises recess for support end of distraction rod, spring retainer and threaded shank with nuts. Drive element for transfer of torque is made in form of polygonal end section of distraction rod, on which cubic head is fitted, equipped with spring retainer and contrast marks on faces. Rod-screws are installed on intermediate support by means of brackets.

EFFECT: invention provides dosed controlled two-way movement of intermediate support in apparatus with reliable fixation of rod-screws and connected to them bone fragment.
