FIELD: ozone generation. SUBSTANCE: ozone is generated from oxygen or oxygen-containing mixtures, in particular, from air. Ozonator comprising high-frequency power source, artificial long line, and ozone generator is provided with, introduced into feed system of ozone generator, high-voltage capacitor with capacitance essentially higher than self-capacitance of ozone generator. Ozonator also has high-conductivity screen introduced into artificial long line, and current transducer and automatic frequency-control system connected between power source and artificial long line. EFFECT: enhanced ozone generation efficiency. 1 dwg
