FIELD: equipment controlling concentration of ozone in gas mixture formed in ozonizer with use of barrier discharge, biology, medicine, food and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in increased operational reliability of regulator thanks to its raised noise immunity. This result is achieved due to exclusion of units generating and converting analog signals which are sensitive to high-power electromagnetic interference accompanying physical processes in barrier discharge. Power of discharge is controlled by means of code control. Regulator also employs mechanical system of stabilization of gas consumption. EFFECT: increased operational reliability of regulator. 7 dwg
