FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises power source connected with the nozzle of the air duct of ozonizer, capacitor provided with through openings symmetrically arranged along its axis. The capacity and inductivity of the capacitor is chosen to cause the nozzle to operate in pulsating regime. The power source is controllable. The nozzle of the air duct of the ozonizer is made for permitting control of the ozone outflow, and its housing receives the inner air duct.
