FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: in patient's peripheral blood it is necessary to determine the content of lymphocytes, monocytes, segmented and rod leukocytes, the concentration of immunoglobulins A and M, different T- and B-lymphocytes, theophylline-sensitive and theophylline-resistant lymphocytes, the values of phagocytic index and phagocytic number, the volume of circulating blood and average diameter of a tumor, the ratio of total amount for populations of B, T, T-unmature, residue-free, reduced, stable, theophylline-resistant and theophylline-sensitive lymphocytes, and also O-cells to an average diameter of a tumor according to certain formulas, where Tunmat is a percentage content of T-unmature lymphocytes in blood, Tst - percentage content of T-stable lymphocytes in blood, Labs - an absolute number of blood lymphocytes, PI - phagocytic index, PN - phagocytic number, IgM - concentration of immunoglobulin M in blood serum, L - percentage content of lymphocytes in blood formula, IgA - concentration of immunoglobulin A in blood serum, Sabs - an absolute number of segmented leukocytes in blood formula, M - the per cent of monocytes in blood formula, T - percentage content of T-lymphocytes in blood, R - the per cent of rod leukocytes in blood and if only one positive value for the ratios of total amount of populations in B-, different T-lymphocytes and O-cells to an average diameter of a tumor is present an earlier oncopathology is diagnosed. If no positive values are present an invasive cancer is diagnosed in this case. EFFECT: higher accuracy of identification of earlier oncopathology and invasive cancer. 2 tbl
