FIELD: instrumentation, television and radio broadcasting, measurement and control of quality indications of television path and sound transmission channel. SUBSTANCE: realization of proposed method is based on joint usage of device for input to personal computer and analog-to-digital conversion of TV and radio broadcasting signals and programming complex. Employment of method ensures high-speed of measurements with obtainment of results in real time, high accuracy of measurements, expansion of range of measured parameters, possibility of expansion of this range thanks to build-up of complex of programs, visualization and display of measured parameters with restoration of analog form of measured signal with the aid of digital-to-analog conversion. Personal computer carries out program realization of processes of control, measurement and test due to avoidance of analog processing of measured signal, its replacement with digital processing and usage of all advantages given by digital computing technology.
