FIELD: observation of ground image on a real time scale and simultaneous measurement of reflection or radiation spectrum in its separate points. SUBSTANCE: a surface matrix with a control circuit and a set of standard light filters, whose spectral transmission characteristics are so selected that the special computer cut in past the processing unit of received video signals and provided with the respective program package could compute the spectral reflection (radiation) characteristics of separate elements of the image or their units in real time. Hardware implementation may be compact (in dozens times lower in volume that that used now) and resistant to the effect of mechanical and weather factors. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement of spectral characteristics simultaneously with measurement of the object points coordinates in which the spectral measurements are taken. 4 cl, 4 dwg
