FIELD: ecological monitoring of localities, air or space reconnaissance. SUBSTANCE: high-priority science and engineering task of process is development of device making it possible to observe picture of locality in real time and to measure simultaneously reflection or radiation spectrum in separate points of it. In accordance with invention displaying and measuring device is CCD matrix with control circuit and set of quick-to-replace rated light filters which spectral transmission characteristics are so chosen that special computer placed after unit processing received video signals and provided with proper package of programs can compute spectral reflection of radiation characteristics of individual elements of picture or their blocks in real time.
