SUBSTANCE: method involves providing electric and/or magnetic, and/or electromagnetic action; increasing effect of such action by modulating at least one of such actions by musical fragment. Apparatus has device for effectuating mentioned action or combination of such actions. Device has unit for measuring at least one parameter of at least one action. Apparatus is further provided with musical fragment supplying unit, including musical fragment in acoustic range, whose output is connected with related modulation input of mentioned device. Amplitude, frequency, phase or pulse- duration modulation allows reliable changing of predetermined parameters of functional state of biological object to be effectuated for shorter time.
