FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: electroencephalogram (EEG) is preliminarily recorded. Effect through the headphones is performed by test signals, modulated within the EEG range. Modulation is performed using an asymmetric curve with a maximum, the ascending and descending branches of which are determined by exponential dependencies that differ in exponents. A control record and an EEG analysis are performed after exposure. Resonance effective range is the one within which an external sound effect was formed, which has changed the parameters of the initial EEG. The electrophysiological range or combination of ranges, the effects of which contribute to the EEG pattern normalization are determined. Then, an audio file is created that is frequency-modulated within the limits of the resonantly effective ranges defined for this patient. The patient listens to the sound file repeatedly until the EEG indices become stable.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the drug load and improve the functional state of the cancer patient, which is achieved by selection of a sound resonantly effective frequency range that can normalize the functional state of the central nervous system.
