SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treatment of cancer of different localization and degree of malignant process propagation in children. Anti-tumor preparations in single doses designated for children are dissolved in health adult human donor lymph in the amount 400-600 ml, incubated at T = +37^oC for 1 h and administrated by drop route in patient child in the dose 2-3 infusions per a treatment course. If necessary, the treatment course is repeated. Method enhances effectiveness of treatment due to additional stimulation of immune system by health donor lymph that is more adapted to children's body in combination with reducing toxic symptoms in carrying out chemotherapy.
