Abstract RU 2107541 C1

FIELD: centrifugal apparatus in high-pressure vessels. SUBSTANCE: high-pressure circulation reactor with fluidized bed is made with use of centrifugal separator with gas hollow absolutely nonround in shape, preferably with large-to-small axes ratio exceeding or equalling 1.15. It is most desirable to have cyclone whose cross- section is square in shape and located inside the high- pressure vessel near reaction chamber having fluidized bed. Possible also is use of a row of ceramic candle or cellular filters connected with discharge hole for gas of cyclone separator in high-pressure vessel and designed for gas cleaning. Such design makes it possible to minimized the diameter of high-pressure vessel since reaction chamber with square cyclones are more compact as compared with common cyclones round in cross-section. In addition, there is no need in the second high-pressure vessel for candle or cellular filters since there remains as sufficient space for their location inside the high- pressure vessel.
