FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has air compressor, gas turbine, high-pressure vessel 11, and circulating fluidized-bed reactor 10 held at high pressure within high- pressure vessel. Reactor incorporates chamber 12, facility for discharging hot gaseous products of combustion from reactor, and one or more out-of-round centrifugal separators 13 for admitting and cleaning hot gaseous products of combustion. High-pressure vessel also accommodates chamber 12 of fluidized-bed heat exchanger communicating with reactor chamber 12 and having common portion of wall with mentioned reactor chamber.
