FIELD: treatment of materials in fluidized bed. SUBSTANCE: particles in fluidized-bed reactor (such as in circulating fluidized bed) are removed from reaction chamber and then cooled down in treatment chamber (heat is recuperated in them). This is made by removing particles from reaction chamber at first level (for example, through hand-operated seal or classification barrier) to lifting chamber. In the latter, upflow gas carries away particles and lifts them to treatment chamber. Upon treatment in the latter, particles are returned to reaction chamber at level higher than first one where pressure in treatment chamber is higher than that in reaction chamber. Particles may be classified in lifting chamber by using fluidizing gas for transporting solid particles smaller than those of preset size to treatment chamber; larger particles are removed from bottom of lifting chamber. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 28 cl, 6 dwg
