FIELD: packing; production of packing materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed method relates to production of packing material with middle layer 9 provided with punctured holes, apertures or slots 14 with solid laminated layer 7 over one side. Laminate layer is made of aluminium foil and polyethylene. When producing the packing material, primary lamina 7 made of polyethylene and aluminium foil is made by extruding polyethylene in film form between aluminium foil and surface of cooling roll and during the second operation, also carried out on the same cooling roll, sheet 9 made of paper or cardboard with holes, apertures or slots 14 is united with primary laminate 7 by intermediate extruded layer 16 of polyethylene.
