FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention is destined to be applied for manufacturing flooding coatings for floors at nuclear power stations. Polymer- concrete mix contains epoxide-4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol resin (23.2- 28.6 wt %), triglycidychloropolyol resin (19.0-23.3 wt %), filler: quartz sand (23.8-32.6 wt %) and special-type fire-extinguishing powder (11.6-14.3 wt %), and amine hardener (9.3-14.3 wt %). The latter may be a mixture of polyoxypropyleneamine with molecular weight 180-220 and polyethylenepolyamine at ratio (2-4):1; mixture of polyoxypropyleneamines with molecular weights 180-220 and 480-550 and polyethylenepolyamine at ratio 1.66:1.33:1; mixture of polyoxypropyleneamine with molecular weight 480-550 and polyethylenepolyamine at ratio 1:2:1; mixture of dicyanoethyldiethylenetriamine and polyethylenepolyamine at ratio 1:(0.33-1). Maximum burning temperature approach time is up to 600 s, sample mass loss up to 7.5%, heat assimilation value up to 11 W/sq.m K, Grasselis abradability up to 0.004 g/sq.m. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics. 2 tbl
