FIELD: manufacture of constructional materials. SUBSTANCE: polymer-concrete mixture includes 14.6 to 29.3 mass percent dianepoxy resin, 20.7 to 39.0 mass percent triglycidylchloropolyol resin, 7.1 to 12.7 mass percent polyoxypropyleneamine having molecular mass from 180 to 220 or its mixture with polyethylenepolyamine having molecular mass between 180 to 220 (ratio: (2 to 4) : 1), and 28.7 to 50.1 mass percent quartz sand. Polymerconcrete mixture possess following properties, namely: initial viscosity equals to 220 Pa/s, deactivation coefficient is between 0.39 and 0.40 %, working life ranges from 4.0 to 5.0 h, water absorption factor varies from 0.18 to 0.20 % , coefficient of chemical resistance after 360-hour exposure to 6-percent solution of sulfuric acid ranges from 0.93 to 0.94, from 0.83 to 0.84 after exposure to 5-percent solution of nitric acid and from 0.91 to 0.92 after exposure to 18-percent solution of hydrochloric acid, and flame propagation index is equal to 2.4. EFFECT: reduced initial viscosity, deactivation coefficient and moist absorption, longer working life and higher rate of setting with retaining chemical resistance and fire-proofness. 2 tbl
