FIELD: chemical industry, particularly, polymer thermoplastic compositions. SUBSTANCE: thermoplastic composition is prepared by mixing of thermoplastic polyamide, halogen-containing copolymer of C4-C7 isomonoolefine and p-alkyl styrene in which main portion of halogen is bond with p-alkyl group and compound of metal, molar ratio of metal and halogen in copolymer is not more than 10:1. Said compound of metal represents compound of metal being chosen of Ib, IIA, IIB, IVA and IVB groups of Periodic Table, ferrum, cobalt, nickel or mixture thereof. Desired composition may be prepared in extruder. Mixing may be carried out at temperature from melting point of polyamide to 300 C. Said polyamide and halogen-containing copolymer may be used in melt state. Polymer, filler, additives of compounded rubber, rubber technological oils and peptizing agent may be added into desired composition. Composition may be affected by vulcanizing which takes place in the presence of vulcanizing system. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method. 3 cl, 6 tbl
