SUBSTANCE: web going out of drawing box is rotated in balloon due to combined action of synchronously rotating at same velocity spindles with receiving cartridge and cap. Yarn is wound on receiving package with separation in time of the processes of twisting and winding due to periodic braking effect exerted on yarn by braking device between lower end of cap and receiving package by periodic bringing in contact of yarn with ridge whose height and slope length are regulated. Processes of twisting and winding are separated in time by alternating each other for one or several revolutions of spindle. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
