FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in civil and industrial construction when building roads, airfields, foundations for various structures, and also in erection of any structure on loose ground. Supporting structure has slab, and located on its supporting surface are protrusions, and convex-concave in plan anchor member with side surface which is inclined in lateral direction from center of slab base towards its periphery. Anchor member has closed arch-like sections which protrude beyond base contour by value not less than thickness of protrusion. This protrusion is located against other protrusion at opposite side face and is displaced in longitudinal direction of slab base towards protrusion at end face. Arch-like section of anchor member is located against closed arch-like section. According to method of erecting supporting structure, placed on natural or preliminarily prepared base are slabs which carry protrusions on their bases at side of supporting surface, and anchor members with closed arch-like sections in plan protruding beyond perimeter of slab base to value not less than thickness of protrusion. Slabs are placed with displacement in longitudinal direction of each subsequent row of sectional supporting structure relative to preceding longitudinal row. Slabs are laid in diagonal direction successively through entire width of sectional supporting structure so that initially laid is slab of external longitudinal row, then slab of subsequent longitudinal row is displaced in longitudinal direction relative to slab of preceding longitudinal row and it is placed so that its side protrusion catches arch-like section of anchor member of preceding row. Then, slab of third longitudinal row is displaced in longitudinal direction relative to slab of second longitudinal row and it is placed so as that its side protrusion catches arch-like section of anchor member of second row slab. After completing cycle of diagonal placement of slabs through entire width of sectional supporting structure, carried out is extension of longitudinal rows in same diagonal sequence with slab protrusions catching protruding arch-like sections of anchor members of adjacent slabs.
