SUBSTANCE: proposed tie stay has inclined plates supported by pipe line on opposite sides and combined together at the top; each plate has curvilinear upper portion enveloping the upper part of pipe and lower portion of each plate located beyond its curvilinear upper portion is bent in transversal section with convexity in way from pipe line to ground; plates are provided with through holes; each plate is widened at the bottom and is provided with supporting fins.
