FIELD: construction, particularly erection, repair and reconstruction of residential, office and public buildings and building structures.
SUBSTANCE: method involves erecting building frame of grouted composite members made of hardening material, preferably of reinforced concrete, wherein at least some composite members are formed with the use of single production line. The production line comprises concrete pouring equipment, reinforcement supply and installation devices, form with at least one channel-like longitudinal molding cavity adapted to create corresponding structures, which are preferably produced at the same time. Form comprises molding surfaces and tray, which may be installed on discrete supports and fixedly secured in length-central part so that remainder tray parts may slide in both directions, at least along length thereof and vertical tray location on supports may be adjusted. The tray is also provided with central wall fastening units discretely distributed along longitudinal axis thereof. The central wall defines at least one molding surface of the form. The tray has units, which fix and open longitudinal hinged walls defining other molding surfaces of the form. The form is also provided with at least transversal molding shutoff, preferably releasable, end diaphragms. Building is erected in accordance with described method with the use of frame made of grouted composite members formed of hardening material, preferably of reinforced concrete, wherein at least some composite members are created with the use of above production line.
EFFECT: reduced labor inputs and material consumption, possibility of building erection in any weather circumstances, preferably in zones characterized by low negative temperatures in winter periods, reduced erection time, as well as increased structural reliability, technological characteristics and quality.
