PROCESS OF ERECTION, RESTORATION OR RECONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES (VERSIONS ) Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2198270 C1

FIELD: construction industry, erection of residential, public and administrative buildings and structures, their restoration and reconstruction. SUBSTANCE: in accordance with first variant process includes digging of foundation pit and/or trenches, preparation of bed, erection of foundation, erection or restoration or reconstruction of frame or of its part including posts, spanners and floor plates, assembly or disassembly and replacement of engineering systems. At least part of erected, restored or reconstructed frame is made of prefabricated-monolithic posts with joints and prefabricated-monolithic spanners in which only lower part is prefabricated to withstand technological loads from mounted hollow plates. Upper part of spanner is made monolithic and joined to its lower part with simultaneous formation of spanner protrusions in floor hollows with rendering supporting sections of assembled plates monolithic. Reinforced cages common for two plates and/or individual rods joining opposite floor plates in pairs and to spanner are entered into hollows of plates, continuous within limits of opposite pair of hollows of adjacent plates of monolithic unit, before formation of monolithic protrusions. Given process in agreement with second variant includes erection or restoration or reconstruction of frame or of its part including posts, spanners and floor panels, erection or replacement of structures of walls, ceiling in which at least part of erected or restored or reconstructed frame is made prefabricated-monolithic with making joints of posts monolithic and spanners prefabricated-monolithic. Only lower part of spanner designed for technological loads of supporting assembled hollow floor plates is made prefabricated and upper of spanner is joined monolithically to its lower part with simultaneous formation of spanner protrusions in plate hollows with making supporting sections and sections near them monolithic. Reinforced cages common for two plates and/or individual rods joining opposite floor plates in pairs and to spanner are entered into hollows of plates, continuous within limits of opposite pair of hollows of adjacent plates of monolithic unit, before formation of monolithic protrusions. EFFECT: possibility to execute operations under any weather conditions, predominantly in regions related to rigorous climatic zones with low negative temperatures in winter season with simultaneous reduction of time of execution of work and reduced usage of materials and labor input. 22 cl, 12 dwg
