FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining tissular activator agent plasminogen concentration in patient tears from healthy and ill eye. The tissular activator agent plasminogen concentration level being reduced in tears from injured eye by 25% and more, laser coagulation of retina in the zone of vein occlusion is considered to be indicated as one promoting increase in tissular activator agent plasminogen concentration. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of prediction; improved quality of treatment.
