SUBSTANCE: sensor has newly introduced nonretentive spacers and two magnetic-material plates with seats in the form of holes; annular permanent magnet carries on two opposite ends magnetic-material plates; nonmagnetic-material spacer is placed above permanent magnet between its end and plate; balls are coaxially arranged to each other and to permanent magnet in plate seats to form angle α = 45° between horizontal axial line of ball and line between its center and end of seat on external surface of plate; spacer thickness is chosen proceeding from equality of forces acting on balls; case is made of transparent material, such as organic glass.
