SUBSTANCE: output signals of light sensitive cells of matrix receiver are read after discharge of all charges accumulated by cells after equal time intervals by spiral from central light sensitive cells to peripheral ones by which virtue light sensitivity of cells rises in proportion to squared distance from center of image that compensates for diminished brightness from center to periphery in accordance with the same dependence.
