FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this stethophonendoscopic head includes stethoscopic head 1 having concave spherical surface and hermetically sealed membrane 16, acoustic channel 7, head selector switch, mechanism 3 employed for fixing heads in working positions, phonendoscopic head 2, and connection 17 disposed on side wall of stethophonendoscopic head housing. Head selector switch is made in the form of protrusions and recesses to accommodate protrusions of noncorresponding surfaces of stetho- and phonendoscopic heads. Acoustic channels 7 and 8 are located inside central protrusion of stethoscopic head and in parallel with longitudinal axis of outlets 9 and 10 at level of phonendoscopic head connection inlet. Stethoscopic head has central stepped protrusion 5 and phonendoscopic head housing has corresponding opening to receive this stepped protrusion. Head fixing mechanism 3 is made in the form of annular protrusion 11 which is concentric relative to central protrusion 5 and has maximum height throughout its length near its circumference and phonendoscopic head annular concentric protrusions 11 and 22 that make up recess to accommodate annular protrusion 11. Recess has minimum depth at the connection site. EFFECT: more sophisticated design. 3 dwg
