FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has at least two springs each of which is formed as truncated cone or flat ring manufactured from zigzag rod making closed loop. The springs are movably connected to each other with zigzag apices spaced over the same circle with reversible compression provided under acting external load. Another version of the device is designed as single spring formed as truncated cone or flat ring manufactured from zigzag rod making closed loop. Zigzag apices spaced over the same circle have fastening members movably connected to them, each manufactured as elastic rod provided with a hook. Manipulation pusher has tie-rods with guides connected to conductor catheter by means of union member. The tie-rods are placed inside the union and conductor catheter so that they are longitudinally movable inside them and relative to the guides. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and safety in use. 14 dwg
