FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: vaccine has bacterial mass of the strain B. abortus VGNKI N KV 17/100 inactivated with aluminium hydroxide as an antigen. Vaccine has also noncomplete Freund's adjuvant and physiological solution. The use of the a vaccine in veterinary ensures to increase effectiveness of antibrucellosis actions by 1.5-2-fold due to increase of immunogenicity and decrease of agglutinogenicity of vaccine.
