FIELD: veterinary science, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of immunoenzyme diagnosis of brucellosis in agriculture animals. For sensibilization of polystyrene plate inactivated corpuscular antigen from the strain Y. enterocolitica, serovariant 0:3, is used additionally. Both this antigen and inactivated corpuscular antigen from the strain Br. abortus 19 are added into polystyrene plate wells being each antigen is added into one of its half in buffered physiological solution (pH = 7.3, optical density is 0.1 O.U. by turbidity at wave- -length 540 nm in cuvette 10 mm). Sensibilization of polystyrene plate is carried out by its incubation at 37 C for 15 min. The novel test-system provides differentiation of cattle brucellosis from intestine yersiniosis caused by Yersinia enterocolitica, serovariant 0:9. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and specificity, decreased labor intensity, increased effectiveness of analysis for brucellosis. 6 tbl, 6 ex
