FIELD: chemical industry, applicable, for instance, in production of catalyst carriers, filters, heat-proof refractory structures, etc. SUBSTANCE: the device has a casing, diaphragm, assembly ring. The device specific part is the composite diaphragm consisting of a system of alternating plates with profiling pins and spacers that are tightened by screws in a single pack. Flow of plastics after assembly of all components making the moulding device, under the action of external pressure gets compressed in the assembly ring and is fed to the diaphragm orifices formed by the spacers between the plates, in which square-section braids separated by a gap equal to the thickness of plates are formed. Then the braids get in the gaps between the profiling pins, and due to it unbound components similar in construction and dimensions are formed. With further movement of these components, the gaps between them are filled with plastics, and a multi-channel body with a developed geometric surface is formed.
