FIELD: ceramic industry; devices for molding of curvilinear products made out of the plastic mixture.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ceramic industry, in particular, to the design of the nozzle type devices. The technical result is an increase of productivity of the squeezing machines and the possibility of independent adjustment of the synchronous flow of the masses in the nozzle type devices of the module construction. The nozzle type device is made composite in the form of the stationary container linked by means of a pin with a mounting sleeve fixed on the plate of the squeezer head. Inside of the stationary container there is a movable internal insert internal insert placed with the clearance and having distributing conical grooves interconnected among themselves by the semi-ring chase. The internal insert is linked with the stationary container by a rolling body and two adjusting screws. Between the outlet butt plane of the movable internal insert and the bulges of the mounting sleeve there is a fixed profile spinneret with the output profile of cross- section of the channels of the produced product. The inlet butt plane of the movable internal insert is supplied with the conical diffuser rigidly connected with the entry butt part of the mounting sleeve. The distribution conical grooves at the outlet have a complementary cone with an angle of entry exceeding the angle of entry of the main cone. The cross-sectional area of outlet grooves of the movable internal insert exceeds the cross-sectional area of the grooves of the profile spinneret.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increase of productivity of the squeezing machines and the possibility of independent adjustment of the synchronous flow of the masses in the nozzle type devices of the module construction.
